1 - Site ownership

This Site is owned by MOBILUCK, a French joint-stock company with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board, with stated capital of € 116,800, whose principal place of business is at 22 Rue de Fourcroy, 75017 Paris, Registered with the Paris Trade and Company Register under no.B 449 057 512.

The Site Editor is Olivier Chouraki, C.E.O. of MOBILUCK.


2 - Site Contents

'Site Contents' means the general structure, the texts, the animated or still images, and the sounds that make up the Site.

All reproduction rights are reserved, including downloadable documents and photographic and iconographic images.

Any total or partial reproduction or presentaiton of this Site and its Contents, by any means whatsoever, without the prior express consent of MOBILUCK, is forbidden and punishable under the laws covering copyright infringement pursuant to Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.


3 - User License for Site Contents

By the simple fact of connecting to the Site, the User agrees to accept and comply with the MOBILUCK User License for Site Contents that is strictly regulated pursuant to the following mandatory obligations:

• This non exclusive License may not be transferred to any third party.

• The rights of use hereby granted to User are personal and private. This means that any reproduction of Site Contents on any media whatsoever for collective or professional use, even within a company, is formally forbidden. The same is true for any electronic transmission of Contents, even through a company intranet or extranet network

• Use is strictly limited to copying Contents once for storage for future display on single-screen stations, for a back-up copy, or a printout

• Any other use is subject to the prior, express consent of MOBILUCK.

Any violation of these stipulations exposes the offender and other liable third parties to prosecution under the crimnal and civil laws of France.


4 - Downloading MobiLuck software

MOBILUCK holds the intellectual property rights to all software (the 'Software') available for downloading from the Site.
Consequently, acquiring the license rights to Software offered by MOBILUCK is subject to the General Conditions that may be consulted here.
The end-user must accept these General Conditions in order to install Software.
Any reproduction or redistribution of Software that does not compy with the General Conditions is a copyright infringement and may be subject to criminal prosecution.


5 - French Law on Data Processing, Computer Files, and Freedom

Users of the MOBILUCK Site are responsible for complying with the provisions of the French Law on Data Processing, Computer Files, and Freedom, violation of which may be subject to criminal prosecution. In particular, since the data users may access is related to a specific name, they must refrain from any collection, illegal use, and in a general way, from any act that might infringe on an individual's or a legal entity's private life or his/her/its reputation.

Pursuant to Article 34 of the French Act on 'Data Processing and Freedom' No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete any data about you. You may exercise this right by sending a letter to our principal place of business.


6 - Trademarks

Trademarks of MOBILUCK appearing on the Site are registered trademarks.

Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks without the express consent of MOBILUCK is forbidden. You may address any request for this consent to our principal place of business.

Other trademarks appearing on the Site are also registered trademarks and may not be reproduced without the prior consent of their owners.


7 - Hypertext links

MOBILUCK may not be held liable for any hypertext links on the Site leading to other Internet connections. Other sites accessible through the hypertext links are not subject to the control of MOBILUCK, therefore MOBILUCK declines all liability for their content, the links they may contain, and any changes or updates made to them.


8 - Hosting of Site


Internet-Fr, a French joint-stock company with stated capital of € 620,000 registered with the Evry Trade and Company Register under No.B 402 413 207, whose principal place of business is located at Immeuble Odyssée 2-12, Chemin des Femmes 91886 MASSY Cedex France, hosts the Site.


9 - Information

Despite all the care and attention given to the creation and operation of this Site and its frequent updating, errors may have slipped into information and/or documents presented on the Site. Site users are therefore asked to conduct all verifications that may prove necessary.
